Welcome! All too often in this world it can be easy to feel lost, stuck, and disconnected; this often leads to emotional pain. Through the counseling process it is my goal to help you transcend this emotional pain and achieve wellness in body, mind, and spirit.
My approach to psychotherapy is dynamic, unique, and holistic. While I incorporate an array of contemporary counseling methodologies and techniques, I add a layer of depth to my approach that is founded on the rich history of western philosophical thought and the ancient wisdom traditions of the east. I work to help my clients tap into their inner wisdom to solve problems effectively, overcome emotional pain and suffering, and attain a life full of balance, meaning, purpose, connection, and emotional wellbeing.
Although Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness are key elements of my methodology, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding I work with individuals to help them build on strengths and maximize their full potential. I provide both individual counseling and couples counseling.
