Psychology Today Profile

My approach to psychotherapy is reflective, curious, and non-judgmental. First and foremost, my job is to listen to you in ways that help you understand yourself, your experiences, and your relationships more deeply. You may be feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, unfulfilled, disconnected from loved ones, uncertain about the future, or you may simply have a general feeling that something is off for you.

Therapy is a relationship where we can start to make sense of these difficulties together, and where we can experiment with new ways of thinking, feeling, being, and relating to others that can give you more freedom to feel and act like yourself.

I help clients address conditions including generalized and social anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, and others. I also recognize that you are a unique and complex person, not a diagnosis, and we will work together to tailor therapy to your individual needs and preferences.
